Account Executive - Bournemouth

Client Service Manager

key accountabilities

Budget  - To exceed sales, income and profit budgets for your allocated clients.

Media  - To ensure that the relationships with all key contract media are developed to maximum effect.

Clients - To maximise the sale of additional services to clients, whilst delivering the quality and service principals set by the company.

accountabilities

  • Work within your account management team to ensure the proactive development of all designated client accounts such that their profitability is maximised and client sales and income budgets are exceeded.
  • Identify and pro-actively sell the most effective and profitable advertising solutions and additional services to clients.
  • Present to clients a thorough knowledge of all available media, offline and digital.
  • Ensure the appropriate and agreed level of client contact - telephone and face to face - is achieved.
  • Communicate any client or media complaints or issues if they arise to the Client Service Manager; along with a proposed solution.
  • Adhere to all account management, studio, digital and finance processes and procedures.
  • As required undertake all reasonable tasks to ensure that business objectives are met and the office runs smoothly.
